Yoga for Respite & Restoration

FORT WAYNE – The Peggy F. Murphy Community Grief Center offers a variety of grief support programs to complement the counseling services and support groups it offers.
Yoga for Respite and Restoration consists of slow, gentle movements, breath practices and meditations to provide tools to be present in navigating one’s grief. Participants are invited to practice in a chair or on the floor. No experience is necessary. Tring your own mat. RSVP is required to ensure accommodation and space is available for all participants.
The program is held September through December on the first and third Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:20p.m. at Peggy F. Murphy Community Grief Center, 5920 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne.
RSVP is required by the Monday prior to each class offering.
