NORTH MANCHESTER – Jerry Dean Clark, 86, of North Manchester, died at 5:43 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, 2024, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.  
He was born on Nov. 26, 1937, in North Manchester, to Cyril and Marie Williams Clark.
Jerry was a 1956 graduate of Chester High School in North Manchester. He married Sharon Ann Creager on Nov. 10, 1956, in North Manchester; she died Jan. 28, 2016. Jerry worked and retired from General Telephone after 20 years. He also worked at Gaerte Fertilizer and was a farmer. Jerry loved everything outdoors. He enjoyed tinkering with his tractors, and going to tractor pulls.
He is survived by two children, Gary Clark, of North Manchester; and Debra Hutter, of Warsaw; two grandchildren, Matthew Hutter and Lindsey Carter, both of Warsaw; two great-grandchildren, Arlo Carter and Nevan Carter, both of Warsaw; and sister, Linda (Bob) Montel, of Warsaw. He was also preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers: Jim Clark, John Clark and Frank Clark.
Services will be private to the family. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Bender Chapel, North Manchester.
Preferred memorial is Audubon Society.
