The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 6:05 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Minton Maples, 38, of 2072 Hemlock Lane, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 8:39 p.m. Tuesday - Pedro Ruiz-Jiminez, 36, of 740 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 1 p.m. Wednesday - Jeffery Lee Owsley, 31, of 314 EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for felony battery with serious bodily injury and four felony probation violation. Bond: $7,000.
• 7:24 p.m. Wednesday - Laura Lynn Shears, 59, of 320 W. Main St., #223, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:58 a.m. Tuesday - South Country Club Road, 100 feet north of Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw. Car hit tree. Driver: William A. Watson, 58, South Tally Ho Circle, Warsaw. Injury: Watson complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:58 a.m. Monday - Intersection of West CR 250S and South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Car went into ditch. Driver: Magaly Jimenez, 25, South Pine Mills Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 3:24 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West State and North Pearl streets, Etna Green. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Connie Gayheart, 48, West Broadway Street, Etna Green; Lenvil D. Ousley, 51, North Main Street, Bourbon. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 6:52 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North CR 100E and East CR 200N, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Amanda L. Medley, 39, West Side Drive, Warsaw; Julia F. Brainerd, 60, Deer Run North, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
