Tyler Wetzel is hereby notified that Final Hearing in this matter has been set by the Court to occur on January 10th, 2025, beginning at 1:00 p.m. without further notice to you following the last running of this notice by publication. This is a Dissolution of Marriage case. In the event you do not appear at hearing, the Court will enter an Order in your absence. That this Summons is being published pursuant to Indiana Rule of Trial Procedure 4.13.
If Tyler Wetzel seeks to contest the action and all matters related thereto, he must file an Appearance in the above-named court not later than 30 days after the date of the last service of this notice by publication. If Tyler Wetzel does not file a motion to contest the action within 30 days after service of this notice by publication, the above-named court will hear and determine the Motion in his absence. Be advised, the Court may enter Order as to all matters associated with this Adult Guardianship action.
