The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:15 p.m. Wednesday - Tanya Marie Stephens, 39, Mishawaka, arrested for escape/attempts to escape from custody and a community correction violation. Bond: $7,500.
• 9:54 p.m. Wednesday - Terrance Lamar Peeples, 30, Jemison, Ala., arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.
• 10 p.m. Wednesday - Dustin Taylor Ford, 33, of 207 N. Broadway St., Mentone, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:16 a.m. Thursday - Zane Michael Rogers Lampman, 25, of 104 S. Main St., Etna Green, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 8 a.m. Thursday - Kevin Patrick Sheets, 48, Anderson, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. No bond listed.
• 9:26 a.m. Thursday - Donald E. Bays II, 57, Sarasota, Fla., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $30,000.

• 4:17 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30, 794 feet east of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Carissa M. Stafford, 31, West CR 125N, Etna Green; Tanner C. Skeel, 27, Elkhart.. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incident
• 4:15 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine in the 200 block of North Broadway Street, Mentone. Mentone Police Department investigated.
