SYRACUSE – David Hoover, 67, Milford, died Oct. 18, 2024.
He was born May 18, 1957, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Raymond and Nona Kuhn Hoover. David married Randa Zink on Sept. 23, 1983; she survives.
Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Syracuse, is entrusted with caring for David and his family. A Life Celebration visitation will be Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Marc Stutzman officiating. Burial will immediately follow to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Milford.
