• 1:05 p.m. Monday - Autumn Sharease Helblig, 32, of 1398 E. Dove Lane, Milford, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:30 p.m. Monday - Brady Alan Baugher, 34, of 4895 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery causing serious bodily injury. Bond: $17,500.
• 3:55 p.m. Monday - Ambrotin Lee Arnold Jr., 21, of 3490 E. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $750.

• 7:31 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South CR 325E, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Scott D. Kirkham, 60, EMS B24 C Lane, Syracuse; Senovios S. Vidana, 67, Berwyn, Ill. Injuries: Vidana complained of chest pain and bleeding from the head; passenger in Vidana’s vehicle, Guadalupe Vidana, 64, Berwyn, Ill., complained of neck and shoulder pain, Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
