Bonnie L. Kammerer, 86, of Leesburg, passed away the morning of Oct. 16, 2024, at Paddock Springs of Warsaw.
She was born Oct. 14, 1938, in Warsaw, to Carl and Lucile Byrer. On Dec. 26, 1959, she married Earl Kammerer (who passed in 2000).
A lifelong Leesburg area resident, she was a farmer’s wife and homemaker. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed cooking meals and spending time with her family. Her hobbies included reading, shopping, sewing and crocheting/gifting baby blanket, hot-pads and afghans. She is survived by her three daughters: Cindy (Chris) Walker, Kay (Dan) Andrews and Lori Kammerer; four grandchildren: Bradley (Lisa) Andrews, Eric Andrews, Carly (Quinn) Hatfield and Eliza (Jamison) Moseman; and four great-grandchildren: Ace Andrews, Lyam, Jaxon and Eleanor Moseman.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21 at Mishler Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 461 W. 900 N., Milford. Funeral Services will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at Mishler Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Leesburg Cemetery.
