You are hereby notified that Petitioners, Stewart Banghart and Beth Banghart, have petitioned the Kosciusko Circuit Court on October 14, 2024 to order the Kosciusko County Auditor to issue a tax deed to Petitioners, the purchasers of a tax sale certificate for certain property described below at tax sale. The below described property was not redeemed on or before October 13, 2024 thereby entitling Petitioners to a tax deed.
You are hereby notified that you have thirty (30) days from the date of filing of the petition to file an objection and to request a hearing before the Judge of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw, Indiana 46580, if you wish to contest Petitioners’ request. Unless you request such a hearing, in person or by counsel, the Court will order the Kosciusko County Auditor to issue a tax deed to the property to Petitioners. This notice is being specifically directed to the above-named party with respect to certain real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, Van Buren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 34 North, Range 6 East; thence due North (assumed bearing) along the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24, a distance of 1477.32 (record-1428.0 feet) to the point where said West line intersects the centerline of Rookstool Road; thence East, a distance of 588.5 feet (record-577.5 feet) to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence North, a distance of 165.0 feet (record-132.0 feet); thence East, a distance of 165.0 feet (record and measured); thence South, a distance of 165.0 feet (record-132.0 feet); thence West, a distance of 165.0 feet (record and measured) to the aforementioned point of beginning.

The interested party is the above-named Respondent.
