Thomas “Tom” Lee Taylor, 74, Warsaw, died Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, at Parkview Regional.
Thomas was born Sept. 1, 1950, in Warsaw, to Herschel and Garla Richard Taylor.
A visitation with family and friends will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, Warsaw. Funeral services in celebration of Thomas’s life will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 in the funeral chapel with Pastor Jackie Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Silver Creek Cemetery.
The family kindly request the memorial donations be made to Kosciusko County Cancer Fund, c/o K-21 Health Foundation, 1101 Park Ave., Winona Lake, IN 46590.
