Tippecanoe Valley Soils

The Tippecanoe Valley Soils team won the Tri-County invitational, then placed second at the Blue River Valley FFA Invite. The team won the Area 10 Contest to advance to the state contest. The state contest this year was held in Vevay on Saturday. The Valley team placed third in the contest in the 4-H division, with all four individuals placing in the top 10. Luke Tucker was 10th high individual, Hayden Stookey was ninth high individual, Lindsay Petersen was 5th high ind. And Lillian Dunbar was four high individual. The top five teams advance to the National Contest in El Reno, Okla., to compete on the first Thursday in May. The team is coached by Michael Jones, Tippecanoe Valley FFA advisor and 4-H volunteer.
