Unnamed Father is notified that a Verified Petition for Appointment of Guardianship Over minor Child, namely Kaelanni A. Christian, born to Unknown Father and Kimberly R. Christian on August XX, 20XX, has been filed in the office of the clerk of the Court in Kosciusko County, located at 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. The Petition for Guardianship alleges that the consent to the guardianship by unnamed biological father is not required. Hearing is now set on November 22, 2024 at 10;00 a.m. in the above Court.
If Unknown Father, or any other individual, sees to contest the guardianship of the child, they must file a motion contesting the guardianship in accordance with Indiana Code 29-3-1 in the above-named court no later than fifteen (15) days after the date of service of this Notice.
If Unknown Father, or any other individual, does not file a motion to contest the guardianship within fifteen (15) days after service of this Notice, the above-named court will hear and determine the Petition for Guardianship. The contest to guardianship by Unknown Father will be irrevocably implied and he will lose his right to contest either the guardianship or the validity of his implied consent to the guardianship.
No statement made to Unknown Father relieves him of is obligations under this Notice.
