NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular meeting place of 102 S. Buffalo Street, at 7:00 p.m., on the 21st day of October 2024.
Fund Name: ARP Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund
Major Budget Classification: AMOUNT
2401-000-360.000 Repairs & Maintenance $1,767,573.65
Funds will be used to meet requirements by December 31, 2024. Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will determine the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation.
