Sue Ann Mitchell Elected President Of AIC

INDIANAPOLIS – Kosciusko County Councilwoman Sue Ann Mitchell was elected president of the Association of Indiana Counties (AIC) Board of Directors.
She began her term on Nov. 1. Board elections were held during the AIC’s Annual Conference in September, according to a provided news release.
“It is a true honor to serve as the Association of Indiana Counties (AIC) president! The association has a strong Executive Committee with a great Board of Directors representing districts and county elected officials in the State of Indiana, “said Mitchell. “The primary function of AIC includes bringing all county elected officials to the table to share ideas, concepts and concerns; provide educational opportunities for county elected officials; and to provide strong legislative input on all issues impacting county government. Proud to have been an active member of the AIC for many years!”
The AIC Board of Directors sets policies and legislative goals for the association.
