GIRARD, Ohio – Tom Fleming, founder, chairman and CEO of Aim Transportation Solutions, a commercial fleet services company with a location in Warsaw, has been named to the 2024 Top Most Loved CEOs list. This accolade highlights Fleming’s decades-long commitment to developing a work culture where everyone is valued, supported and inspired to excel, according to the release from Aim.
The Most Loved CEO list celebrates exceptional companies worldwide that have rated their CEOs highest on the Love of Workplace Index, a rating system concerning employee satisfaction and sentiment, including the level of respect, support and sense of belonging they feel inside the company.
Aim was named a Most Loved Workplace for the second year in a row, and in that same survey respondents were asked to rate their CEO where Aim employees sounded off, giving Fleming five out of five stars.
“I am truly honored and humbled to be named a Most Loved CEO, particularly because it comes from the responses of my fellow Aim employees,” said Fleming. “I’m incredibly grateful to lead such an incredible organization of professionals who go out of their way to make Aim one of the most trusted and respected brands in the commercial transportation industry.
“This recognition isn’t mine alone,” he continued. “My son, Scott, and our entire leadership team work incredibly hard to make sure our employees are taken care of and have ample opportunities for growth and success. This is what helps us attract and retain the best in the business.”
