Bell Aircraft Museum Hosting Craft Show

MENTONE – The Bell Aircraft Museum will have their annual craft show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 7. The show will be held at the Mentone fire station, 201 W. Main St., Mentone.
Over 29 crafters will be selling their crafts. American doll clothes paintings and hand carved wood items by local artist Mike Yazel, Psi Iota Xi cheese balls, Christmas decor, painted gourds, T-shirts, crocheted and knitted items, jewelry, Java Mama coffee, health and beauty products, baked goods, wreaths and much more.
Lunch will also be available starting at 11 a.m. The menu consists of cheesy potato soup, hot dogs, coney dogs, sloppy joes, chips, pumpkin spice bars and drinks.
There is still three spaces available. If interested, call or text 574-328-2034.

Kathleen N. Anderson-Takacs, 84, of Pierceton, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. Kathy was born on Aug. 14, 1940, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Darwin and Jane Gibson. On April 17, 2004, she married Bill Takacs in Gatlinburg, Tenn., who survives.
