Trump Wins!

Editor, Times-Union:
Ive been a subscriber to the Times-Union since 1988, and until the last four to six years I've noticed a bias in the stories printed - mainly AP Associated Propaganda stories - that are copied and pasted. The Times can run their business as they wish, but it’s up to me to pay for it.
Monday before the election two stories on the front page from AP were total opinion jobs posing as news. Why I ask can't a disclaimer be put at the end of the AP stories that this information is no more reliable than Chad in his parents’ basement since 2020 on TikTok giving his thoughts on world affairs?
One more thing, since the election Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024, no headline banner “Trump Wins Landslide.” Actually, no mention of Trump winning at all in any headline. The most consequential election since Ronald Reagan won in ‘80 and ‘84 and the Times-Union, which I pay for, says nothing encouraging about the new president and future of this country tells me more about the current owners than one might admit.
I got six months left on subscription. We'll see how it goes.

Editor’s Note: We put the newspaper together a day ahead. When Trump was announced the winner in the early hours of Wednesday, Nov. 6, that day’s newspaper was already done and printed with the most recent news article about the election available and Trump hadn’t been declared the victor at that point.
