Combined Community Services (CCS), a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting healthy and whole families in Kosciusko County, is actively seeking a dynamic and visionary executive director to lead its mission of providing comfort, hope and essential resources for neighbors in need.
CCS serves individuals and families experiencing hardship by offering emergency food, financial assistance, life skills education and other vital community services, according to a news release. The organization is looking for an executive director who is passionate about making a positive impact, committed to community empowerment and skilled in nonprofit leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the needs of underserved populations and a heart for service.
“We are excited to find a leader who can build upon the incredible work CCS has done over the years,” said Santina Spiteri, board chair of CCS. “This is a unique opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to fostering healthier, more resilient families in our community and who can help us expand our programs to reach even more individuals and families in need.”
As the executive director, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, manage staff and volunteers, work closely with the board of directors and serve as the primary spokesperson for CCS in the community. The executive director will be responsible for ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of CCS through effective fundraising, community partnerships and strategic planning.
Resumes should be submitted to CCS Interim Executive Director Sabrina Phillips at [email protected] by Friday, Nov. 22.
