Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Finley & Co., 217 E. Center St., Warsaw, Friday.
Owner Jenny Finley said the Center Street location opened last week. It is a size-inclusive women’s boutique, “so we serve women in Kosciusko County in sizes small through 3X in almost everything we carry. We also have accessories and some other gifts and goodies, too.”
Finley & Co. saw a need and decided to fill it. Finley said her store is more of a business casual wear for women and they serve plus-sized women not every one does, she said.
The boutique carries brands like Judy Blues, Lovervet and Umgee, “a lot of unique finds,” she said.
Finley has been selling clothes for about eight years. In 2016, Finley decided to dabble to selling clothing and “turns out I can’t just dabble and I really took off.”
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Finley decided to change gears and open a boutique.
It was decided to locate to downtown Warsaw because it was growing “and we wanted to be part of it all.”
Hours of operation are Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
