    Rebar Warsaw LLC (8700 North Street, Suite 120, Fishers, IN 46038) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Union Station Lofts project located at 501 S. McKinley Street, Warsaw, IN 46580. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Winona Lake.
