• 1:53 p.m. Tuesday - Louis Angel Moyotl, 23, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #171, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 7:59 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher Ryan Moore, 36, Columbia City, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:26 a.m. Wednesday - A death investigation was opened in the 9000 block of East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
