The Warsaw FFA is selling a variety of fruit, salsas, jams, along with a variety of cheeses and sausages.
The fruit is shipped by means of Christian Kroft Fruit Company, so freshness and quality is always guaranteed, according to a news release from Warsaw Community Schools. There is everything from apples, pears, oranges, pineapples and grapefruit, along with sampler and cheese/sausage gift boxes in varying quantities.
The proceeds of the fundraiser will provide opportunities for FFA members to attend trips to Indianapolis for the National FFA Convention and West Lafayette for the State FFA Convention. It will also provide for such FFA career and leadership development events such as crops evaluation, forestry evaluation, and entomology evaluation, welding, livestock skill-a-thon evaluation, parliamentary procedure, demonstrations, public speaking, community service projects, along with FFA Week activities.
Fruit sales began Oct. 9 and will continue to Nov. 13. There is an online ordering option this year. Online ordering option with QR code or link must pay online with credit card/PayPal to complete order. Make sure to include the FFA member’s name in the order field for delivery.
