Smith has been traveling in ministry with his family since 2009, proclaiming the love of Christ through his music, according to a provided news release. Before launching his own ministry, Smith wrote songs for other gospel artists. His song, “My Home” is perhaps his most well-known, becoming a No. 1 hit at many radio stations across the country.
