William Wayne McMillen, 87,  Silver Lake, died Wednesday, May 29, 2024, in his home, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born April 23, 1937, in Decatur, Ill., to John and Catherine McMillen (Ross).
He served in the United States Army for three years. He married Patricia Jackson on July 3, 1964; she survives.
