Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation Announces Free Summer Food Program

AKRON - The Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation (TVSC) announced the return of its Free Summer Food Program.
This program ensures that all students 18 and younger have access to nutritious meals during the summer break. Breakfast and lunch will beserved at three locations: Akron Elementary, Mentone Elementary, and Tippecanoe Valley High School.
Dates are May 30 to June 14 for breakfast and May 30 to June 28 for lunch. Times are 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday for breakfast and 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for lunch.
At Akron Elementary School, contact Tonya Engle at 574-598-2321 with questions; Mentone Elementary School, Nikki Rutherford, 574-598-2537; and Tippecanoe Valley High School, Shelly Holloway, 574-598-2131.
The Free Summer Food Program is open to all students aged 18 and younger. TVSC is dedicated to supporting the well-being of our students and ensuring that every child has access to healthy meals, even when school is not in session.
