• 8:35 a.m. Tuesday - Joseph Wendell Williamson, 41, of 767 N. Colfax St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:01 p.m. Tuesday - Christina Lozano, 44, of 1952 Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:45 a.m. Tuesday - Trevor William Odell, 30, of 6497 W. CR 850S, Claypool, arrested for probation violation - felony and probation violation - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:37 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob Aaron Whetstone, 31, of 623 Hepler Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $7,500.

• 11:57 p.m. May 22 - South CR 700E, 75 feet north of East CR 1000S, South Whitley. Motorcycle hit deer. Driver: Charles E. Bosell, 60, Andrews. Injuries: Bosell suffered injuries to his left ankle and had minor bleeding on his chin; he was taken from the scene by Lutheran Medical. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:40 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West Ind. 14 and South CR 200W, Silver Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Lucas Gilbertson, 27, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake; Randy Lemler, 58, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Injuries: Lemler reported pain in his neck, back and both of his knees and requested medical attention; he was taken by car to the hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
