• 9:54 p.m. Sunday - Marisol Mendez, 35, Chicago, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $15,000.
• 2:04 a.m. Monday - Damares Arianna Orozco, 23, of 1600 Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 12:38 p.m. Monday - Ignacio M. Macias, 42, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #68, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 4:38 p.m. Monday - Jonathan Michael Baker, 33, homeless, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:43 p.m. Monday - Justin Ray Wadkins, 40, of 204 S. Graceland Ave., Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance causing serious bodily injury. Bond: $700.
• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - Terrel Devon Shaw, 30, Portage, Mich., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 1:40 a.m. Tuesday - Cedric Coffie, 55, homeless, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 2:04 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East CR 600S and South CR 300E, Warsaw. Car-SUV collison. Drivers: Mai-Lei J. Khiev, 21, East CR 700S, Claypool; Roy L. Shepherd, 54, Wabash. Injuries: Khiev complained of elbow/lower arm pain; Shepherd complained of neck pain; a passenger in Shepherd’s vehicle, Stacy Shepherd, 53, Wabash, complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:38 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and South CR 250E, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Roger W. Kapp, 66, North Judson; Kyle J. Cuban, 27, Esplande Street, Winona Lake. Injuries: Kapp had an abrasion to the head; a passenger in Kapp’s vehicle, Gladys E. Kapp, 64, North Judson, had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
