Morning Star Hospice & Palliative Care of Warsaw aims "to provide quality and compassionate care," said its Administrator Brea Williams.
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting for the business on Wednesday. It's located at 1128 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw.
The ribbon-cutting was held during Morning Star's Spring Into Summer event at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, which included a petting zoo.
Williams said that was "just to celebrate the day."
A sister company to Morning Star, known as Morning Star Hospice & Palliative Care Solutions, is in Pennsylvania. Morning Star has operated in Warsaw for "about two years," said Williams.
People don't have to live in Kosciusko County to utilize Morning Star as it "serves 11 counties in northeast Indiana," she said.
Seven people work for Morning Star in Indiana.
