Roberto Perez-de-Frias is operations director of global operations and logistics for Zimmer Biomet. Since living in Warsaw he has invested his time and passion into the community. He is on the board and the board president for Kosciusko County Habitat for Humanity; a board member and vice president of One Warsaw; on the Career & Purpose Wellbeing Committee for LiveWell Kosciusko; a Tiger ambassador for Warsaw Community Schools; a member of Kosciusko County’s Chamber of Commerce Latino Business Initiative; a board member of TodosJuntos – Latinx Network (Northern Indiana); Juntos ERG Global Chair Emeritus (Zimmer Biomet); and other volunteering and community engagement.
He is enthusiastic about giving back to his community and developing those around him, the release states.
Roberto often volunteers with his wife, Viviana, and their three daughters.
“We are delighted to welcome Chris, Jason and Roberto to our Board of Directors,” said Erin Rowland, executive director of CASA of Kosciusko County. “Their commitment to improving the lives of children and their investment in the community make them all an excellent fit for our organization.”
“I am honored to join the Board of CASA of Kosciusko County,” said Plack. “I look forward to working with the dedicated team at CASA to ensure that every child in our community has a voice and the support they need to thrive.”
CASA of Kosciusko County recruits, trains and supports volunteers who serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates for children. These volunteers play a crucial role in the lives of children who have experienced abuse or neglect, providing them with a consistent and caring presence during difficult times.
