• 3:18 p.m. Tuesday - David Gabriel Rodriguez, 19, of 1032 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $300.
• 5:23 p.m. Monday - Helene Grace Marie Drake, 24, Rochester, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:44 p.m. Monday - Bradley Mitchell Bergman, 27, of 9481 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for pointing a firearm. Bond: $750.
• 10:16 p.m. Monday - Kitrina Kathleen Beard, 46, of 702 Ross Ave., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 12:59 a.m. Tuesday - Mario Patishtan Lopez, 30, of 504 Frazier St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:15 a.m. Tuesday - Marcus Matthew Lonsberry, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.

• 2:01 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and South Union Street, Warsaw. Car-sports van collision. Drivers: Austin R. Engle, 28, West Old 30, Warsaw; Ashley N. Baker, 38, East Joshua Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:42 a.m. Tuesday - 504 Frazier St., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Salash Construction LLC, Frazier Street, Warsaw. Driver: Mario P. Lopez, 30, Frazer Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:14 p.m. Monday - A backpack purse was reported stolen in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:42 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot and leaving the scene of a property damage crash in the 500 block of Frazier Street, Warsaw. WPD.
