• 8:31 a.m. Sunday - Benigno Godolfino Lucas Perez, 23, of 3994 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 10:17 p.m. Sunday - Caleb Levi Roatcap, 32, of 3544 S. Palestine Lane, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct, intimidation threat of forcible felony, resisting law enforcement, battery against a public safety official engaged in public safety business and intimidation. Bond: $6,000.
• 10:40 p.m. Sunday - Latisha R. Stamps, 45, of 3216 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fighting, battery against a public safety official and obstruction of justice. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:44 a.m. Monday - Brandon Kane Eber, 28, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested on a bench warrant. No bond set.
• 12:54 p.m. Monday - Frank Basil Roller, 53, of 8917 E. Chickadee Drive, Cromwell, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

Injuries: McCoy complained of neck pain; a passenger in McCoy’s vehicle, Wayne V. Miller, 49, LaGrange, had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

At Continued Hearing, Variance For Smaller Lots Approved by Warsaw BZA
With the full Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals present this month, a petition tabled from February for a variance from development standards to allow two lots to be smaller than required in a Residential-2 zoning district received approval by a 4-1 vote Monday.
