• 9:44 p.m. Friday - Chelsea Lenay Smith, 28, of 124 N. Main St., #C, Bourbon, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 9:57 p.m. Friday - Dallas Gene Honeycutt, 61, of 405 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:18 a.m. Sunday - Mallory Lynn Zellmer, 32, of 1034 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:19 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested for making a false certificate of registration for a motor vehicle in the 600 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:29 p.m. Friday - Theft of a firearm was reported in the 9900 block of East King Arthur Trail, Cromwell. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:30 p.m. Friday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 200 block of East Washington Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 9:07 p.m. Friday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 100 block of South Pine Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:38 a.m. Saturday - Two chainsaws, a weedeater and ratchet were reported stolen in the 1400 block of East CR 700N, Leesburg. KCSO.
• 12:52 a.m. Saturday - A drug investigation was opened in the 200 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:16 a.m. Saturday - Police responded to a traffic offense for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:40 a.m. Saturday - A Kosciusko REMC utility pole was reported damaged in the 4900 block of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 12:20 p.m. Saturday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 2600 block of East Pine Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 5:08 p.m. Saturday - A person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 300 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:20 p.m. Saturday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of Canterbury Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:13 a.m. Sunday - A traffic offense for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:30 a.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
