• 12:48 p.m. Thursday - Brandie Elizabeth Swick, 37, Columbia City, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:05 p.m. Thursday - Ashlee J. Westafer, 38, Plymouth, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 2:44 p.m. Thursday - Mark Allen Osbun II, 53, of 1845 E. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested for false informing and on a warrant. Bond: $500.
• 5:30 p.m. Thursday - Scotty Allen Poe, 25, homeless, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:55 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 1000 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:32 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for false informing in the 300 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:51 p.m. Thursday - An intoxicated person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
