• 1:20 am. Saturday - Lydon John Smith, 39, of 2530 Tippe Downs Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:20 p.m. Sunday - Jose E. Santos, 34, White Pigeon, Mich., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 3:20 p.m. Sunday - Kimberly Nava-Orozco, 26, Goshen, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 9:13 p.m. Sunday - Jose Luis De La Vega-Rodriguez, 27, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #195, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:32 a.m. Monday - Gerardo Cotez-Ruiz, 36, Bronx, N.Y., arrested for public intoxication by drugs. Bond: $400.
• 7:38 a.m. Monday - Regera LaQuine Tates, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 3:43 p.m. May 6 - West Ind. 14, 150 feet west of South CR 700W, Silver Lake. Car went into embankment and rolled over. Driver: Taylor R. Cormican, 21, Rochester. Injury: Cormican complained of abdominal pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:48 a.m. May 6 - West CR 1350N, 2,000 feet west of North CR 500W, Nappanee. Drivers: Diane E. Schmucker-Gonzales, 18, Ind. 331, Bourbon; Wendell J. Miller, 27, New Paris. Injury: Miller complained of lower back pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
