• 10:34 p.m. Wednesday - Roger Eugene Kilty, 60, of 4 EMS T15B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:28 p.m. Wednesday - Braxton Lee Myers, 30, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.
• 1:43 a.m. Thursday - Michael Wayne Malott, 54, of 3633 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:24 a.m. Thursday - Carlos Jose Mendez, 19, of 204 N. Jefferson St., #13, Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:37 p.m. Thursday - Matthew Wayne Mosier, 46, of 1723 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 4:41 p.m. Thursday - Preston Michael West, 33, of 4539 S. CR 750E, Pierceton, arrested for harboring a nonimmunized dog. Bond: $500.
• 5:31 p.m. Thursday - Austin Wayne Winright, 33, Elkhart, arrested for burglary and theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:39 p.m. Thursday - Austin Lee Perkins, 39, of 2886 S. Woodland Trail, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement, strangulation, domestic battery - simple assault, disorderly conduct and intimidation. No bond listed.

• 3:55 p.m. Thursday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Caitlin M. Neer, 21, North Thayer Street, Bourbon; Emma C. Patrick, 17, North Penny Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 12:03 p.m. Thursday - A traffic offense for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:07 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for strangulation, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement in the 2800 block of South Woodland Trail, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:09 a.m. Friday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
