WCS Reschedules DARE Graduation

Due to the anticipated inclement weather forecast for Tuesday evening, Warsaw Community Schools (WCS) cancelled all after-school activities, including the DARE graduation ceremony, all sports practices and games as well as club meetings.
The DARE graduation ceremony has been rescheduled to Thursday, May 9. The event will occur at the same time and location as previously planned.
DARE graduation ceremony will take place Thursday, May 9 at the Warsaw Community High School Tiger Den. Enter through the Performing Arts Center doors. Doors open at 5:45 p.m., with the ceremony starting at 6:30 p.m.
Graduates should assemble in the cafeteria upon arrival to be directed to their school’s staging area. The ceremony will feature a procession of students by elementary school beginning at 6:20 p.m. The guest speaker, Daniel Ament, will follow the presentation of colors, leading into the awards presentation. The event is anticipated to conclude by 8:15 p.m.
WCS thanks parents and community members for their flexibility.
