• 3:28 p.m. Tuesday - Isaiah Lee Tessereau, 23, of 413 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for strangulation, intimidation and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $7,500.
• 3:59 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Robert Melcher, 41, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #3, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.
• 8:03 p.m. Tuesday - Adam Edward Hurley, 43, of 2605 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $10,250.
• 8:05 p.m. Tuesday - Dustan Ray Gesaman, 51, of 56 EMS B4 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:22 p.m. Tuesday - Caleb Michael Flowers, 18, of 3290 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,000.
10:46 p.m. Tuesday - Jenna Nicole Klopsenstein, 20, of 978 E. CR 900N, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:16 p.m. Tuesday - Samuel Levi Combs, 19, of 978 E. CR 900N, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

Accident
• 8:49 a.m. April 24 - Intersection of U.S. 30 and North CR 325E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Marion Aleman, 93, East Ken Way Drive, Warsaw; Richard Vonesh, 79, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Vonesh had a chest contusion; Aleman was pronounced dead April 28. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
