WINONA LAKE – Thursday’s National Day of Prayer at the Winona Heritage Room, Winona Lake, focused on praying together.
Master of ceremonies Ken Locke said attendees came together Thursday to pray together. Locke said people were under no pressure to pray openly as a silent prayer is just as moving to the heart of God.
In previous years during Kosciusko County’s National Day of Prayer, there was a keynote speaker and members of the community offered a prayer on a particular subject.
