Sheriff's Dept. Needs Public Help In Locating Missing Warsaw Man

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.
Richard A. Smith, 69, Warsaw, was last seen at his residence on April 25, 2024, in the evening hours. On the morning of April 26, Smith was not at his residence and no contact has been made with him.
Smith was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, blue jeans and black slip-on shoes. He is described as a 6 foot, 1 inch white male, approximately 250 pounds, with short brown hair and balding on top and blue eyes.
Smith is reported to be in poor health and may be in need of medical assistance.
