The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:37 a.m. Monday - Michael David Mench, 42, of 309 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, felony parole violation and felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 4:53 p.m. Monday - Philip Calvin Grigsby, 31, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #152, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 8:17 a.m. Tuesday - Alijah Lamarion Long, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 10:07 a.m. Tuesday - Martha Kawamba, 33, South Bend, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. No bond set.
• 10:29 a.m. Tuesday - Joshua Tyler Carlin, 34, of 4694 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 11:21 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Abel O. Velasco, 20, East Center Street, Warsaw; Dale A. Miller, 55, West Maple Lane, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
