• 3:07 p.m. Thursday - Malia Nicole Crum, 41, of 12634 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for residential entry and intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:28 p.m. Thursday - Erik G. Diaz, 24, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #25, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 5:50 p.m. Thursday - Blaine Dalton Shumaker, 20, of 1627 N. Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 11:54 p.m. Thursday - Arita Chavez, 36, of 3362 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $450.
• 1:07 a.m. Friday - Jairo Javier Esqubel, 36, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #150, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 1:27 a.m. Friday - Heather Marie Whitaker, 34, of 72833 CR 29, #3, Syracuse, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:34 a.m. Friday - Branden Michael Collins, 38, of 3090 N. CR 325E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia with a prior and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:21 a.m. Friday - Destiny Jade Stidams, 18, of 6756 E. Old 30, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:32 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for intimidation and residential entry in the 12600 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:19 p.m. Thursday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 100 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.
