• 4:24 p.m. Tuesday - Tyler Jay Levitz, 35, Elkhart, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, false informing and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $600.
• 4:26 p.m. Tuesday - Heather Marie Whitaker, 34, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:35 p.m. Tuesday - Felicia Shemeka Brown, 41, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #115, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:45 p.m. Tuesday - Zachary M. Chambers, 37, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:24 p.m. Tuesday - Karl Eugene Pundt Jr., 55, Mentone, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 10:02 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Paul Hackworth, 47, of 6968 E. May Lane, Leesburg, arrested for felony failure to appear and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $15,500.
• 12:44 a.m. Wednesday - Joshua Anthony Koss, 24, of 201 E. Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:44 a.m. Wednesday - Todd Henry Shumaker, 39, of 712 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for unlawful carrying of a handgun with a prior within 15 years. Bond: $10,500.
• 11 a.m. Wednesday - Mark Edward Young, 64, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for assisting a criminal. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:39 a.m. Tuesday - East Beer Road, 450 feet west of North CR 175E, Milford. Car hit concrete posts surrounding NIPSCO gas pipelines. Driver: Kenneth Graff, 29, West Emeline Street, Milford. Injury: Graff complained of head pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:29 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne Street and North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Caleb V. Myers, 18, East Main Street, Warsaw; Daniel E. Spalding, 61, South Bend. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 5 a.m. Wednesday - South Packerton Road, 400 feet south of East CR 600S, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Ryan J. Bucher, 42, Sunset Drive, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 11:55 a.m. Tuesday - A death investigation was opened in the 9700 block of North Bayshore Drive, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 3:55 p.m. Tuesday - A phone was reported stolen in the 5200 block of East CR 1200N, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 9500 block of West Ind. 25, Mentone. KCSO.
• 8:30 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 12900 block of South Ind. 15, Silver Lake. KCSO.
• 10:50 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 700 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:25 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior in the 2300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
