• 11:31 a.m. Friday - Heather Marie Nay, 41, Republic, Ohio, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:25 p.m. Friday - Mark Andrew Vining, 34, of 5645 S. CR 1000W, Mentone, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a stolen property. Damage: $5,250.
• 4:26 p.m. Friday - Norma Jean Hodges, 52, of 5935 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 6 p.m. Friday - Joseph L. McCall, 39, Argos, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.
• 9:25 p.m. Friday - Brandon Charles Carpenter, 37, of 8727 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for ignition interlock device violation. Bond: $450.
• 1:46 a.m. Saturday - Jeffrey Allen Brown, 39, of 901 N. Timberline Circle East, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and interference in the reporting of a crime. Bond: $6,000.
• 12:32 a.m. Sunday - Tena Miller Walter, 53, of 214 Lakeland Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:06 a.m. Sunday - Juan Martinez, 39, of 8341 E. CR 400N, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:31 p.m. Sunday - Kelsey Elaine Brooks, 32, Rochester, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:02 p.m. Friday - A death investigation was opened in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:26 p.m. Friday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device in the 2300 block of North CR 150W, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:55 a.m. Sunday - Intimidation was reported in the 200 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
