2024 is the 30th anniversary of Echoes of the Past and this past weekend club members dusted off their tractors to help Runnings with their grand opening.
The two-day tractor show, held in the parking lot of the new Runnings store, let patrons of the store have an up-close experience with vintage and antique tractors of various makes and models, according to a news release from Echoes of the Past. Minneapolis Moline, John Deere, Farmall, Allis Chalmer and Ford were all represented by member-owned tractors.
The club has a full year of events planned to celebrate their 30th anniversary. Their next scheduled event will be in April when the tractors will take to the fields at Sands Farms in Silver Lake for plow day. The next scheduled tractor show will be at the Mentone Egg Festival, downtown Mentone.
