ELKHART – Surf Internet, headquartered in Elkhart, was recently named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Indiana. This marks the 19th edition for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce initiative, and the first time on the list for newcomer Surf Internet.
Surf CEO Gene Crusie expressed his gratitude for the recognition saying, “I am so proud of our entire team for not only driving growth and excellence, but creating an incredible culture at the same time. As a firm believer in investing in the right talent and encouraging leadership at every level, I have no doubt that those two things are connected. As we continue to grow and serve the Great Lakes region with exceptional service, we will stay committed to ensuring an extraordinary work environment for all of our valued team members.”
The statewide survey and awards program is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace, the release from Surf states.
“The honored companies offer a blueprint for employee attraction and retention, and we are excited to celebrate their success. We hope the values and strategies on display in their workplaces can serve as models for other Indiana employers as we work together to address Indiana’s talent pipeline needs,” said Indiana Chamber president and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders.
