• 4:20 p.m. Thursday - James Allen Runyon, 53, of 1133 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:15 a.m. Friday - Douglas W. Lewallen, 42, of 408 W. First St., Milford, arrested for burglary. Bond: $1,525.
• 12:52 p.m. Friday - Zachary Allen Evett, 28, of 9675 E. Seneca Lane, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

Injuries: Smith was transported to the hospital for complaint of rib pain; Pierson was transported to the hospital for shoulder pain; a passenger in Pierson’s vehicle, Garrett A. Albright, 20, South Washington Street, Bourbon, had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
