• 1:46 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Hugo Duenas, 25, of 2326 E. Pierceton Road, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor battery and criminal mischief. Bond: $600.
• 2:12 p.m. Tuesday - Stanley Allen Morris, 69, of 10501 S. Indian Trail, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:53 p.m. Tuesday - Kailee Dawn Stevens, 31, of 321 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 8:34 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher Scott Snyder, 57, of 3762 W. Old 30, #33E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:07 p.m. Tuesday - Pedro Juarez Aguilar, 49, of 3762 W. Old 30, #683, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $450.
• 10:31 p.m. Tuesday - Ellen Elizabeth Davenport, 24, of 709 Terrance Drive, #2, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 10:35 p.m. Tuesday - Francisco Javier Ramirez, 25, of 3375 W. Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and being a lifetime habitual traffic violation. Bond: $2,500.
• 11:16 p.m. Tuesday - Zachary Steven Ostrander, 32, Battle Creek, arrested for felony theft. No bond set.

• 11:49 a.m. Friday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked vehicle registered to Larry R. Holderman, West CR 300N, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:30 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center Street and Prosperity Drive, Warsaw. Truck-SUV collision. Drivers: Austin T. Butler, 19, East Muirfield Road, Winona Lake; Nicole Messer, 34, Deerfield Path, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:53 p.m. Tuesday - West Old 30, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Jason C. Ferguson, 36, Bremen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 7:10 p.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of East Fourth Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 5:16 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 300 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:33 p.m. Tuesday - A runaway and domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 900 block of North Lake Street, Syracuse. SPD.
• 8:23 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 1100 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:58 p.m. Tuesday - A reckless driver was reported in the 500 block of East Pope Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:06 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a habitual traffic violator in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
