Scout Troop 715 attended and participated in Winona Lake Town Council’s latest meeting as part of earning their “Citizenship in the Community” merit badge. The Troop opened the meeting in prayer and led the Pledge of Allegiance. They observed how the council works through an agenda of items, financial decisions, community events, problem resolution, voting and answering open floor questions from the community. It was an educational experience, and the Troop thanks the council for allowing them to participate and learn more about community affairs.
