• 11:14 p.m. Thursday - Austin Bryant, 28, of 106 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:15 a.m. Friday - L. Darrah Carlene Hughes, 26, Fort Wayne, arrested for obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana/hashish oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:49 a.m. Friday - Chad Anthony Cissom, 36, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 27, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 11:16 a.m. Friday - Floyd Cissom Jr., 56, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 27, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
