The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 5:13 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan Victor Head, 34, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 107, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 8:19 p.m. Wednesday - Derek Jon Fisher Jr., 25, LaPorte, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.
• 9:51 p.m. Wednesday - Adrienne Hernandez, 44, of 522 N. Lake St., #3, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:50 a.m. Thursday - Taylor Roger Fuentes, 28, of 6340 S. Packerton Road, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:40 a.m. Thursday - Raleen Kay Hyde, 37, of 115 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:30 a.m. Thursday - Kyle Lee Williams, 32, of 78 EMS C27C Lane, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.

• 10:59 a.m. Wednesday - 1162 Husky Trail, Warsaw. Pickup hit parked vehicle registered to Leslie S. Plumlee, East Saint Andrews Road, Winona Lake. Driver: George W. Campbell, 84, Goshen. Injury: Campbell was unconscious at the scene and transported to a hospital. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:38 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2100 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:08 p.m. Wednesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:12 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:39 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
